We accept card payments securely, as well as direct bank transfer, on the site.
We can accept cash for collection orders.
We have strong spam protection systems, but less than 1% of customers might face issues during checkout. To fix this, follow these steps:

- Check if your card is supported by our payment system – the list is available on the payment page.

Following these steps will help you complete your order without any problems.
We provide wholesale prices and bulk sizes on our Wholesale page.
We ship to every country worldwide. If you country is not listed on checkout, please contact us.
We understand that many of you prefer to keep your deliveries private from nosy neighbours and family. That's why we use plain, unbranded packaging whenever possible.
If you have any other requests, just leave a note in the instructions box at checkout. We'll do our best to customise our service to meet your needs.
You may need to pay import fees for orders delivered outside the United Kingdom. These fees are due to Brexit as well as the EU IOSS, and are beyond our control. The courier will charge these fees before or at the time of delivery.
If you refuse to pay these fees, the order will be returned to us, and we will be charged the fees on your behalf. When we issue your refund, we will deduct both the courier fees and the actual shipping costs. The full list of fees are located on our Refunds & Returns page.
To avoid these return fees, please ensure you are willing to pay any courier fees and import taxes upon delivery before placing your order.
Larger orders shipped via UPS (2kg or more) are more likely to have these fees than smaller orders sent through the post office.
We do our best to minimise these charges, but the final fees are set by your country's customs and the courier.

We offer collection services upon request.
For collection orders, we will set up the order and provide the location, date, and time for collection.
Payment can be made on the site or in cash at the time of collection.
Please note, we do not offer credit, so all payments must be completed before the goods are handed over.
