Royal Mail Track 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days after dispatch. However, delivery may take between 3-5 working days. In some rare cases, it can extend up to 10 working days due to Royal Mail's terms. Kindly wait for up to 10 days in these rare situations before contacting us for assistance.

UPS courier generally provides next-day delivery to mainland UK after processing. In rare cases, please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us for further assistance.

Free Delivery will either be dispatched via Track 48 or UPS, depending on the order weight and our discretion.

International orders are shipped through Royal Mail Tracked & Signed services or UPS (where applicable), and a signature is generally required on delivery.

The standard processing time is 1-3 business days for all international orders. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from this timeframe.

EU deliveries usually arrive at customs in 3-5 working days after dispatch. Worldwide deliveries take approximately 5-7 working days to reach customs. However, in rare cases, deliveries may take up to 30 days due to delays with Royal Mail or UPS. Please allow 30 days before raising any concerns.

Shipping costs do not include any customs fees that you may be charged by your country's customs.

Shipping costs are subject to weight, and we may request extra fees if the shipping quote is high. Any additional fees must be paid before we can ship out.

Import Duties and Taxes:

Orders shipped outside of the UK may incur import duties and taxes due to the Brexit changes and the EU's IOSS system. These fees are beyond our control and will be requested by the courier before or upon delivery. If you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us, and we will deduct the shipping fees, including the costs of returning the package, as well as other fees detailed in our Return Policy, before processing any refunds. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before placing an international order.

Special International Shipping Notices:

For orders shipping to Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland or Spain: Please limit your order to a maximum of 1.3 litres (liquid weight) to reduce the likelihood of customs rejection or incurring additional fees. The total weight of the parcel, including packaging, should not exceed 2kg.

For shipments to Latvia and Cyprus: If your order weighs more than 1.5kg, ensure that you are a registered vape business. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the rejection of your delivery.

For Romania: If your parcel exceeds 2-3kg, you will need to provide an EORI number for UPS deliveries. This number is easy to obtain, and individuals can apply for one through the appropriate channels.

Address and Delivery Responsibility:

Ensure that the full and correct delivery address is entered at checkout, including any relevant details such as a flat number or business name. It is the recipient's responsibility to make the necessary arrangements to receive the package.

If delivery is missed, the package may be redirected to an access point or depot. It is the recipient's responsibility to collect it before it is returned.

International customers may need to pay minimum taxes and duties to receive their parcels. If additional instructions or specific services are needed, please add a note at checkout or contact us.

Customs and Responsibility:

We ship internationally in discreet packaging. If required, please inform us for regular shipping options.

At your request, we can ship orders to any country. However, we are not liable for any customs seizures or fines. Contact us for special instructions if needed.

If your order is returned to us by customs, we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs and additional return fees, as well as any fees outlined in the Returns Policy.

In case customs seizes an order, resolving the issue is the recipient's responsibility. Refunds will only be issued if the items are returned, less the original and return shipping costs.
